Eric Pettigrew
President & CEO
Eric is a highly accomplished politician with eighteen years of experience in the Washington State legislature. He served as the Democratic Majority Caucus Chair for ten years and was recognized as an effective and bipartisan leader. Eric's legislative initiatives focused on reducing costs and increasing revenues in the automotive, agriculture, distribution, and aerospace industries. He also played a crucial role in securing a $3.2 billion tax exemption for global aircraft manufacturers.
In addition to his political career, Eric has extensive experience in healthcare insurance, property and casualty insurance, community engagement, and political strategy. He has received numerous awards and commendations for his work and has served on various boards, including the United Way of King County and the Seattle Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce.
Eric holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, an MSW, and a Business Certification. He is married to Nicole, has three adult children, and enjoys being a grandparent and spending time with his two dogs, Piper and Peanut.

She has successfully planned and executed strategies for Fortune 50 and small companies throughout the Northwest. Nicole's expertise lies in driving business operations and community initiatives to achieve growth objectives.
Sam Snow
Legislative Relations Coordinator
Sam is an emerging professional pursuing her Master of Public Administration. She has a BA in International Political Economy and professional experience within the food security and childcare spaces. In her spare time, Sam plays electric bass and tuba in two bands, sings with Olympia Musical Theater, and loves keeping up with newly released movies and albums.

Brad Blackburn III is a public affairs, communications, and community engagement professional with experience spanning government relations, nonprofit leadership, advocacy, strategic communications, and coalition building. Through his work, he has supported legislative and public policy strategy, stakeholder engagement, digital communications, fundraising, community partnerships, and initiatives designed to strengthen access and opportunity for historically underserved communities.
Brad has worked across nonprofit, consulting, and public affairs environments, collaborating with elected officials, community organizations, businesses, advocates, and institutional partners. His experience includes developing communications strategies, supporting city, county, and state government relations efforts, managing community engagement initiatives, producing written and digital content, and helping organizations translate complex issues into accessible and compelling messages.

She founded Quivas Street Consulting in 2023 to specialize in providing tailored grant strategy and writing services. Hannah has a knack for breaking down complicated policies and project requirements into simple steps, balancing the finer details with overall project objectives. She is a strong communicator and can tell a clear story to funders. She enjoys working on a variety of issues and has written state, federal, and foundation grants in sustainability, infrastructure, transportation, economic development, education, and community engagement. Her clients include municipal governments, fire districts, small businesses, community-based organizations, and a Thriving Communities Technical Assistance Center. Hannah holds a master’s in public administration from Seattle University.
